Polemic. Fundraising Sha’ar Ha’Shamayim Yeshiva in Yerusholayim. Warsaw C. 1914. - Lot of 8 letters sent by R. Avrohom Shlomo Goldman, a SHaDaR, to the Sha’ar Ha’Shamayim Yeshiva in Yerusholayim, then headed by R. Chaim Yehuda Leib Auerbach, father of the famed R. Shlomo Zalman Auerbach. The letters were written from Europe and express considerable frustration with the administrators of the Yeshiva, whom he claims were meddling with his job in Europe. In these letters, R. Goldman mentions some of those he had visited and who had helped him including R. Yisroel Taub, the Modzhitzer Rebbe and R. Asher Dovid Goldberg of Zelechov. Varying in size. Very fine condition.
