Yeshaya Schor and R. Menachem Mendel of Vizhnitz. R. Yaakov Tzvi Yolles (1778-1825), was amongst the distinguished talmidim of the Chozeh of Lublin, the Kozhnitzer Maggid and R. Mendel of Rimanov. He served as Rav in Dinov, Glogov and Hosokov and was greatly respected as a great Talmid Chochom and Rebbe. He authored the classic sefer Meloi Ha’Roim. R. Chaim Sofer (1821-1886), was born in Pressburg and learned in the great Yeshiva of the Chasam Sofer where he was a prize talmid, known for his outstanding diligence, perspicacity and intellectual capacity. He was also a talmid of the MaHaRa”M Ash. He later learned under R. Binyomin Wolf Lowey of Verbau (Shaarei Torah).
