Aaron of Alik/Faltishin (1842-1907) was a son of R. Tzvi Aryeh Landau of Faltishin and a descendant of the Zlotchover Maggid and the Aliker Rebbes. He was a son in law of R. Avrohom Brandwein of Strettin. He was close to R. Yisroel of Ruzhin who appointed him as a Rebbe even giving him a Kvittel and Pidyon.
