Venice 1603. Nevi’im Rishonim Only. The Copy of R. Menachem Tzion. Classic commentary to the Nevi’im Rishonim by R. Moshe Alshich. R. Moshe Alshich (1508-1600), was a Talmid of R. Yosef Karo (Beis Yosef) and R. Yosef Tiatzik. He was born in Turkey and emigrated to Tzfas where he became a Talmid of the Beis Yosef, and later served as a Dayan on the Beis Yosef’s Beis Din. Revered for his phenomenal scholarship both in the revealed parts of the Torah as well as Kabbalah, he has the distinction of being referred to as the Alshich HaKadosh (the Holy Alshich). His talmidim include R. Chaim Vital and R. Yom Tov Tzahalon (MaHaRITaT”Z).  With signature and glosses seemingly by R. Menachem Tzion, author of Sefer Nechomos Tzion (Frankfurt 1667). R. Menachem Tzion (circa 1615-1679), was a Talmid of R. Moshe Mendeles Rav of Cracow. He served as Rav in Vodislov and later as Av Bais Din in Altona. Stefansky Hebrew Classics 18. Vinograd Venice 965.
