R. Mordechai Tosk. Pressburg. - Judicial receipt “Kvitung” signed by the Rosh Bais Din of Pressburg, R. Mordechai Tosk. R. Mordechai Tosk (1760-1837) was a Dayan and later Rosh Bais Bin in Pressburg for over fifty years. Known as tremendous Talmid Chochom, he served while R. Meshulam Igra served as Rov and following that with the Chasam Sofer, both of whom held him in tremendous esteem. Following his petiro, R. Doniel Prostitz succeeded him as Rosh Bais Din. 20 by 12 cm.
