Yudel Rosenberg (1860-1936) was born in Skaryshov, Poland, and was known as a prodigy from a very young age. He served as a Dayan in various communities including Tarlah, Lodz and Warsaw. He was a prolific author writing on a large variety of subjects. His sefer Yodos Nedarim on Masechta Nedarim was received to great acclaim and is widely studied.
