Based on the RaMBaM with particular focus on the rulings of the author’s teacher, the Vilna Gaon. Written in a similar format to the Shulchan Aruch, hence the name P’eas Ha’Shulchan. With various approbations including R. Avrohom Abbaleh of Vilna and the Chasam Sofer. In the introduction, the author describes the massacres of the Jews in the Galil. Includes the rare final page of corrections and polemics. R. Yisroel of Shklov (1770-1839) was one of the prime disciples of the Vilna Gaon and was the leader of the Kollel Perushim in Eretz Yisroel.
