Dovid Ganz with numerous astronomical diagrams. With Latin introduction by Christian Hebenstreit, professor of Hebrew in Leipzig University (lacking in many copies). R. Dovid Ganz (1541-1613) was a student of R. Moshe Isserles (Rema) and the Maharal of Prague. Unusual for his era he was both a Torah Scholar in addition to being proficient in the sciences, and was in contact with the greatest astronomers of his time including Kepler and Tycho Brahe.
