Yaakov Yitzchok Horowitz (1745-1815), was a talmid of the Maggid of Mezritch, R. Elimelech of Lizhensk and R. Shmelke of Nikolsburg. He served as Rebbe in various cities, most notably Lublin, after which he is known.
