Avrohom Weinberg (1803-1883), was a close talmid of R. Noach of Lechovitz and R. Moshe of Kobrin. After the passing of R. Moshe of Kobrin in 1858, he was appointed as Rebbe and established his court in Slonim as the first Slonimer Rebbe. His seforim are classics of Chassidic thought and are widely learned.
