Curiously there are some approbations from as early as 1816, including those of R. Yehoshua Heschel of Tarnopol, R. Aryeh Leib of Lanzut, and R. Yitzchak Meir (son of R. Avrohom Yehoshua Heschel of Apta). However, the sefer was actually only published more than fifty years later, with the approbations of R. Chaim of Tzanz (Divrei Chaim) and R.
