R. Menachem ben Binyomin Rikanti (1250-1310), was one of the first Italian kabbalists. This sefer of his halachic rulings is a fundamental Halachic sefer and is quoted by many later Poskim including The Beis Yosef, the Shach and the Magen Avrohom.
R. Moshe Chalfin (d. 1830), one of the leaders of the Warsaw Jewish community was the father-in-law of R. Menachem Mendel of Kotzk and the Chidushei HaRIM.
