Amsterdam 1665-1689. - Group of 10 works bound in one: • Darchei Noam on Talmudic idiom, with Tuv Ta’am VaDa’as on Masoretic accents and Darchei Hashem- an alphabetical index of the 613 Mitzvos. 1688. • Eitz Chaim- Hebrew/Spanish Lexicon, with Ksav Aramis on the Targum, Zayis Ra’anan Hebrew/Portuguese Lexicon. 1682. • Ayeles Ahavim- a poetic account of Akeidas Yitzchok. With a star-formed pictogram on page 43. 1665. • Sharsheros Gavlus- lexicon of rhymes, with chapters on meter. 1665. • Yad Lashon-Dal Sefosayim- Hebrew and Aramaic grammar. Hebrew and Portuguese. Includes a table of the Syrian alphabet compared to Hebrew. 1689. R. Shlomo Oliveyra (d. 1708) was a student of R. Menashe Ben Yisroel. In 1698, after the death of R. Yaakov Sassportes he was appointed in as Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Amsterdam. He was a prolific author although some of his works were lost. Vinograd Amsterdam 323, 328, 485, 552, 570.
