Nachman’s passing in 1810 many of his teachings were published by various disciples. Printed by R. Chananya Lipa Schapira, grandson of the Rebbe of Slavitta. The title Page reads “printed in Yozefow by the press previously in Slavitta”. As is well-known, seforim, printed by the Schapira family press in Slavitta, Yozefow and later Zhitomir were exceptionally favored by many of the great the Chassidic Rebbes and, in turn, their followers. Following the exile of the Schapira press from Slavitta, they relocated for a short time to Yozefow where they continued printing seforim until they settled in Zhitomir. Stefansky 353.
