R. Eliyahu Dushnitzer/ Ohr Zarua Parts 3 and 4 Yerusholayim 1887-1890 - Classic work of novella on the Talmud and halachic responsa by R. Yitzchak ben Moshe of Vienna. With the signature of R. Eliyahu Dushnitzer. R. Eliyahu Dushnitzer (1876-1949), was a Talmid of the Telz and Slabodka Yeshivos, as well as a foremost talmid of the Chofetz Chaim in Kollel Kodshim. He was amongst the minyan sent by the Chofetz Chaim to exorcise the dybbuk. During the ritual, the dybbuk testified that R. Eliyahu is regarded as a complete Tzaddik in Heaven. After R. Yeruchum Levovitz left the Radin yeshiva, he succeeded him as Mashgiach at the Yeshiva. From 1926, he served as dean and spiritual head of the Lomza Yeshiva in Petach Tikva. His discourses were published by his talmid R. Chaim Kanievsky, in the Sefer Nachalas Eliyahu. At his Levaya, the Chazon Ish remarked that R. Elya was one the 36 righteous men of the generation.
