Aryeh Leibish Lipchitz known as the “Aryeh D’Bei Ila’ah” (1767-1846), one the most eminent students of the “Seer of Lublin”, was renowned as a tremendous scholar. He was a son in law of the “Yismach Moshe” and following the latter’s move from Shinniva, succeeded him as Rav of Shinniva. He also served as Rav in Karshanov, Vishnitza and Brigel.
