קוקו מפנקת: בקבוק יין יקב הרצברג 2013 - מלבק 2013 יקב הרצברג הוא יקב משפחתי במושב סתריה. אנחנו מייצרים יין בשיטות מסורתיות, ללא שימוש במוצרים מן החי ובמהדורות מוגבלות. את הענבים אנחנו מגדלים בעצמנו בכרם הצמוד ליקב, בהתערבות מינימלית ובעזרת שיטות גידול טבעיות. את היין אנחנו מיישנים בחביות עץ אלון, כמיטב המסורת הצרפתית.  היקב ממוקם במושב סתריה, על כביש 40 בין רחובות ורמלה ומנוהל על ידי מקס הרצברג, ביוטכנולוג ותיק ובנו, יואל. בכרם נטענו גפני קברנה סובוניון, מרלו ומלבק ומהם אנחנו מפיקים את היין.   While originating from the upper Bordeaux area, Malbec is better known in South America. Our Malbec is rich in minerals found in the ground of the gentle slopes of Israel coastal plains. Rich in moderated yet powerful tannins, black plums and sour cherries, it is spicy with a nice drying note. It is ideal for roasts and a natural companion of any barbecue. Picked at full ripeness, the Malbec grapes give their generous blueberry and violet touch to this beautiful wine, celebrated by wine critics. All our wines are from grapes of our own vineyard near Rehovot. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, they are released after at least one more year lying in bottles in a controlled environment.
