קוקו מפנקת: בקבוק יין יקב הרצברג 2011 - וילאז׳ 2011  יקב הרצברג הוא יקב משפחתי במושב סתריה. אנחנו מייצרים יין בשיטות מסורתיות, ללא שימוש במוצרים מן החי ובמהדורות מוגבלות. את הענבים אנחנו מגדלים בעצמנו בכרם הצמוד ליקב, בהתערבות מינימלית ובעזרת שיטות גידול טבעיות. את היין אנחנו מיישנים בחביות עץ אלון, כמיטב המסורת הצרפתית.  היקב ממוקם במושב סתריה, על כביש 40 בין רחובות ורמלה ומנוהל על ידי מקס הרצברג, ביוטכנולוג ותיק ובנו, יואל. בכרם נטענו גפני קברנה סובוניון, מרלו ומלבק ומהם אנחנו מפיקים את היין. The result of the co-fermentation of three noble grapes, this “happy” wine from fully matured Malbec and still fruity Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot develops its tastes in waves and cascades of ripe blackberry, cassis and sweet cedar, to finish with green notes and amicable tannins, leaving a refreshed mouth, asking for more. The co-fermentation process releases richer tastes than simple blending and makes this wine suitable for all foods. All our wines are from grapes of our own vineyard near Rehovot. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, they are released after at least one more year lying in bottles in a controlled environment.
