The author: Rabbi Yechezkel Chefetz (1828-1888), uncle of Rabbi Meir Simcha HaCohen author of Ohr Same’ach and among the greatest disciples of the Kibbutz in Eishshok (where the Chafetz Chaim studied), known as one of the Torah geniuses in Lithuania. This book is the first which discusses and determines laws pertaining to the hearing-impaired, whose rules have undergone changes due to the new method of teaching speech to those hearing-impaired from birth.    Section 1: XI, [1], 90 pages.
