***Auction Highlight*** 1928B $2 Red Seal United States Note Key Date To Series FR-1503 Grades Choice CU. Series of 1928B two dollar red seal legal tender notes are the key to the 1928 $2 series. Only nine million regular issue 1928B two dollar bills were printed Out of about 450 Million 1928 Series $2 Bills. These can be from the AA block, but they are more commonly found in the BA block. Series of 1928B $2 bills were printed between February 1932 and March 1933. These dates coincide with when WO Woods and Ogden L Mills were in office together.
