This is an American Eagle United States Dollar dated 2001 with the Twin Towers painted or colorized over a 1 ounce piece of .999 fine silver US coin. Obverse has the Twin Towers with “In Memory September 11, 2001” and the American flag waving proudly. Reverse has “God Bless America” with the stars and stripes as the background.
