1925 Stone Mountain Old Commem Half Dollar 50c Grades Choice AU/BU Slider. One of the most Beloved Commemoratives. It celebrates the construction of a monument carved into The Stone Mountain outside of Atlanta, except the Monument was not completed till 1970 some 45 years after is minting. The original designer of the monument was discharged after a falling out and went on to create Mount Rushmore.
