Exquisite ice white surfaces are virtually free of toning and reveal no grade-limiting abrasions. The strike is well above average for the issue with sharp definition elsewhere and emerging to bold detail on the obverse over Liberty's head and right (facing) hand. A gorgeous Gem example of a conditionally challenging Walking Liberty half dollar issue. The original mintage of 2,392,000 pieces generally entered circulation with few being saved in mint state. Well struck Gems like the present coin are elusive. Demand for half dollars during this decade was low, hence few were struck. Demand continued soft until 1934 when the various mints began production again in earnest of these half dollars and other denominations as well. An exceptional example of this date and mint that is destined for the finest collection. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin.
