Jerusalem : Frumkin 1895 A founder of Yeshivath Chaye Olam and an active supporter of the Sha’arei Tzedek hospital, the author was a well-respected Jerusalem resident who generously gave of his own wealth to the Yishuv. In this work he cites both Halachic and Chassidic sources and was apparently a Chassid of R. Moshe of Savran (see p. 37b).
