Haydan is a small Yemeni town located some ten miles from the border of Saudi Arabia. Nestled in a fertile valley within the Sarawat Mountain Range, Haydan had been home to a significant Jewish community for hundreds of years. The majority of the town’s Jews left for Israel upon its founding.
