No copies listed in WorldCat outside the Netherlands.  Bylaws and regulations issued by the Association for Jewish Interests in the Dutch East Indies.  The association aimed “to promote the concerns of Jews…by providing financial and moral support to needy Jews in the Dutch East Indies, along with advice, and all other lawful measures.”  The Jews who settled in Dutch East Indies (today, Indonesia) initially arrived in the 17th century, as part of the clerks and traders operating the mammoth trading firm, The Dutch East Indian Company.
