Lugo, Italy, Friday, Parshat Kedoshim, 1758. R. Reuven ibn Yahya was a student of R. Yitzhak Fano, who was in turn, the student and son-in-law of the great Italian Kabbalist, R. Menachem Azariah of Fano. The responsum here is written in a neat Italian hand and is addressed to R. Shmuel Almeye. It remains unpublished.
