A heartfelt plea seeking assistance from Anglo-Jewry, specifically from Rabbi Unterman, leader of the Liverpool community, requesting funds to assist in the care of 300 yeshiva students in material need. The Chofetz Chaim states here, he is writing only because he has “no other alternative.” One page. Radin, 25th Elul, 1929. R.
