David Potash, on letterhead stationery of ‘Israel Meir Hakohen, author Chofetz Chaim and Mishnah Berurah’ (Hebrew) and ‘Rabin I.M. Kagan, Radun’ (Polish). A beautiful Letter with extended blessings for the New Year: ”To my honorable and outstanding friend, a seeker of charity and kindness, R. David Potash… As the year draws to its close, I hereby extend my blessings… May Gd renew a year of life, peace, blessing and success in all endeavors, and may his eyes see the salvation of the Jewish people and the raising of the prestige of the Torah, in accordance with the wishes of his friend who blesses him with a Kethiva VeChathima Tovah – Yisrael Meir HaKohen of Radin.” One page (approx. 10 lines). Folds. 4to. Radun, 20th Ellul, 1926. An outstanding letter, written in full by the Chofetz Chaim, replete with Blessings. Addressed to the wealthy Russian philanthropist R.
