Contains 21 clauses of regulations on 9 pages, followed by a few names. l. pp. 15 (excluding many blanks). Original boards, heavily worn. Heavy folio. Brooklyn, NY, 1919.     This Chevra is not as yet located, however upon internal evidence, it would appear to have been based in NYC.  Members originally stemmed from rural Govorovo (today, Gmina Goworowo), located in the municipality of Ostralenker (Ostrołęka Masovian Voivodeship), east-central Poland.      https://www.ushmm.org/online/hsv/source_view.php?
