CARTE-DE-VISITE PHOTOGRAPH of Brevet Brigadier General Jones (Jonas) Frankle. Seated view in uniform. Photographer: Currier, Amesbury, Mass.     Initially served in the 17th Massachusetts Infantry with the rank of major. Later served as Colonel in command of the Second Massachusetts Heavy Artillery.
