Elaborate title-page in gold and colors. Contains bylaws of the Burial Society, lists of members and the deceased, several pages elaborately decorated. pp. 55 (excluding blanks). Original boards. Located at 309 East 53rd Street, in the East Flatbush section of Brooklyn, Congregation Yeshiva Rabbi Meir Simcha Hakohen was established Rosh Chodesh Adar I, 1935. In 1947 they appointed as Rabbi a leading Lubavitch Chossid, R. Jacob J. Hecht - a position he held until his death in 1990. The cantor for many years was Chazzan Dovid Werdyger, with a young Mordechai (Ben-David) at his side.
