Israeli Hans Teppich (1904-83) was German born, and studied techniques in silversmithing and related arts in Berlin before settling in Eretz Israel in 1933, where he revolutionized contemporary applied arts, especially that of Judaica.  PROVENANCE:  A prominent New York family, comprising four generations of collectors.
