Numbered “24 of 49.” Length of gartel: 3 cm (approx). Frame: 23 x 32 cm.     Text in Hebrew and English on frame:     “The gartel was given as a present to one of the most important Chabad rabbis in Israel, by the assistant of the Rebbe’s wife, Chaya Mushka Schneerson, Rabbi Chananya Sinai David (Chesed) Halberstam… The gartel has been divided into a small number of sections - only 49 pieces.”
