Alfred Vogel, a biology curriculum writer and elementary school principal in Baden, published this series of racist and anti?Semitic teaching charts to accompany a textbook on race biology intended for the instruction of elementary school pupils. Unlike numerous other race eugenists in the field of education, Vogel went beyond the textbook to create with artist Eberhard Brauchle a series of pedagogical images using the latest in color printing technology.
