Contains responsa from rabbis Yom-Tov Lipmann Heller (Tosfoth Yom-Tov), Joel Sirkes (Ba”CH), David Segal (Ta”Z) and others, collected in manuscript by R. Aryeh Leib Gunzberg (Sha’agath Aryeh).
