R. Shmuel Menachem Mendel Schneerson (1927-2019) was an elder statesman of the Chabad movement in Jerusalem. The son of R. Yisrael Yosef Schneerson, a ShaDa’R for the historic Toras Emes Yeshiva, R. Shmuel Menachem Mendel served on the board of Kollel Chabad as a representative of the Rebbe’s family.
