Benzion Shalom Friedman (d. 1957), a resident of Petach Tikva, who was separated from his wife and children and is seeking to have them leave Europe and join him in Eretz Israel. One page, two punch-holes. 8vo. Nitra, Slovakia: Thursday of Parshath Korach 1934 The yeshiva in Nitra was the very last to remain open in Nazi-occupied Europe. R. Shmuel Dovid perished on the run from the Nazis in early 1945. His celebrated sons-in-law were Rabbi Michael Dov Weissmandl (1903-57) and the Klausenberger Rebbe (1905-94).
