Department 56 Chowder House Building - A hand-painted porcelain lighted building titled Chowder House from the New England Village Series by Department 56. The structure features blue siding, a brown shingled roof with molded snow, and sits on a stone-textured dock. The base is incised with the series title and the year 1995. Height: 6.5 inches. The building is in excellent overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs to the porcelain. The included electrical cord and socket appear intact and in good cosmetic condition. The original cardboard storage box shows minor storage wear but remains stable.
