Bidspirit auction | Kuchi Silver-Tone Tribal Pendants
Kuchi Silver-Tone Tribal Pendants - Three Central Asian tribal pendants, likely Kuchi in origin, crafted from an untested silver-tone metal alloy. The lot includes two large trapezoidal pendants featuring intricate handcrafted wirework, repousse style decoration, and a fringe of multiple chains terminating in small spherical bells The pendants are in fair overall vintage condition. The center fringe pendant is missing several small red and blue glass stones from the wirework settings surrounding the central stone. The circular pendant shows significant green verdigris corrosion within the recessed areas of the openwork. All pieces exhibit a dark aged patina and surface oxidation consistent with tribal use, though all chain links and bells appear present.
