M+M Scognamiglio 14K Gold Cameo Earrings 3.4 Grams - This pair of Italian 14 karat yellow gold double-drop earrings features four graduated oval shell cameos, each hand-carved with a female profile in relief. The cameos are bezel-set within twisted wire frames and suspended from shepherd hook ear wires. Faint handwritten script is visible on the reverse of the larger shell cameos. Height: 2 inches The earrings are in good vintage condition. The carved shell cameos are in excellent state with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs.
