Frame: 28.5 x 22 inches The collection is in very good overall condition. The un-circulated quarters remain in excellent condition within their protective capsules with no visible oxidation or toning. The ornate composite frame shows minor surface wear and small scuffs, particularly at the corner joints. The paper dust cover on the reverse is intact but shows minor rippling and bubbling in.
