Art Nouveau Brass Framed Vanity Mirror - This brass vanity mirror is executed in the Art Nouveau style, characterized by sinuous, organic forms and whiplash curves. Floral clusters, resembling poppies, decorate the upper right and lower left corners. The upper left face of the frame bears a cursive engraving that reads Rachel. The reverse is finished with a black velvet backing and includes an integrated easel stand and a ribbon stay. Width: 10.5 inches Height: 10 inches. The frame is in fair antique condition. Significant wear is visible to the gold-toned finish, particularly along the top edge and the right figural side where the underlying reddish metal is exposed. The mirror is clean. The black velvet backing shows minor dust accumulation, and the easel stand is in functional condition.
