Etched Obsidian Our Lady of Guadalupe Tabletop Sculpture - This devotional tabletop sculpture is crafted from a polished slab of dark green to black obsidian, a natural volcanic glass. The front face is finely polished to a high gloss and features a silver-toned etched representation of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The etching is executed with a graphic, linework style that contrasts sharply against the dark stone. The edges of the slab are beveled and polished, while the reverse side is left in a natural, raw state. The piece is shaped with a flat bottom to facilitate upright display.
