Mattel HWC Exclusive Billboard Truck - This Hot Wheels die-cast billboard truck is a Mattel, Inc. HWC Exclusive release from 2006. The vehicle features a dark maroon spectraflame finish, redline-style wheels, and a chrome-finished base. The truck is in excellent vintage condition, remaining factory-sealed in its original blister pack and housed in a clear plastic protector. The card backing is flat with sharp corners, and the plastic blister remains clear and fully adhered. Light surface scuffing is visible on the protective outer case.
