Joya Originals Porcelain Thespian Clown Doll - A Pierrot-style thespian clown doll featuring a bisque porcelain head, hands, and feet on a stuffed cloth body. The bald clown features hand-painted blue eyes and theatrical makeup including a red nose, red lips, and black facial accents. The set includes four additional bisque porcelain character masks depicting a brown bear, a pig, an elderly woman with gray hair, and a girl with brown hair in side buns. Each mask is detailed with hand-painted features and includes a satin hanging ribbon. The doll wears an original black satin two-piece outfit with a large multi-layered ruff collar and voluminous gathered sleeves. An oval white and gold adhesive label on the blue metal stand base reads JOYA Originals. Height: 18 inches Mask width: 2 inches The doll and masks are in good overall condition, showing typical light wear from display. A visible structural crack is present on the lower left cheek and chin area of the bear mask (photo 5). The main doll and the remaining character masks show no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The black satin costume is intact with some minor surface dust and storage creasing.
