16 Signed Topps & Donruss Detroit Tigers Cards - An assortment of sixteen baseball trading cards featuring members of the Detroit Tigers organization, primarily from the 1987 season with one inclusion from 1986. The lot contains fourteen cards manufactured by Topps and two by Donruss. The collection includes notable Hall of Fame manager Sparky Anderson, pitcher Jack Morris, and shortstop Alan Trammell, alongside standout players Lou Whitaker, Kirk Gibson, Darrell Evans, Chet Lemon, Willie Hernandez, Dan Petry, Eric King, Dave Bergman, and Milt Wilcox. Three cards in the group are hand-signed by the subjects. A 1987 Topps Darrell Evans card (#515) features a blue ink signature across the center. Two manager cards of Sparky Anderson bear signatures: a 1986 Topps card (#307) is signed in black ink, and a 1987 Topps team checklist (#411) features a faint blue ink signature. The cards are printed on cardstock with full-color photography and team logos on the front, while the reverse sides contain career statistics and biographical data. The brand names Topps and DONRUSS 87 are clearly printed on the respective card fronts. The blue signature on the Sparky Anderson checklist card is faded.
