USA Glazed Ceramic Cow & Cat Jar - A figural glazed earthenware cookie jar consisting of a base in the form of a reclining cow and a lid modeled as the cow's upper back. The lid features a small seated cat with a winking eye that serves as the finial handle. Length: 11.5 inches Height: 7.75 inches The cookie jar is in good overall vintage condition, showing wear consistent with age and use. A visible small chip is located on the tip of the cat finial's left ear (photo 3). The glaze exhibits heavy and consistent crazing across all surfaces, both interior and exterior. Minor shelf wear and rubbing are present on the unglazed foot rim.
