Andrea by Sadek Brass Ibex Bookends - A pair of stylized animal bust bookends by maker Andrea by Sadek, depicting ibex or mountain goats. Each piece consists of a cast brass head with an elongated neck and prominent, recurved ribbed horns. The brass components are mounted onto rectangular polished green marble bases. One base retains an original oval foil manufacturer label on the underside reading Andrea by Sadek, MADE IN TAIWAN. Height: 7.5 inches. Good vintage condition. The brass elements exhibit surface spotting, minor pitting, and light oxidation throughout. The marble bases show minor shelf wear and occasional small nicks to the edges. One base has remnants of clear adhesive tape. The protective felt pads on the undersides are mismatched in color.
