Pair of Merry Mushroom Ceramic Canisters - This pair of graduated ceramic canisters is part of the Sears Roebuck and Co Merry Mushroom collection. The pieces are constructed from glazed earthenware and feature molded relief decorations of mushrooms in orange, brown, and red with contrasting spots, surrounded by green foliage. Large canister: 8.5 inches tall Small canister: 7 inches tall. There is a small chip on the interior flange of one lid. Both canisters show hairline cracks and small chips along the interior rims. Significant shelf wear and dark staining are visible on the unglazed foot rings. Light staining and localized discoloration are present on the interior and exterior surfaces.
